The Mahoning County Prosecutor’s Office, through Assistant Chief Ralph M. Rivera, filed an objection with the Ohio Parole Board regarding the upcoming parole hearing of Benjamin Edward Nunley, IV scheduled for June 2022. Nunley and his co-defendant callously kidnapped and robbed two siblings at gunpoint, and later took turns raping the sister. Nunley was sentenced to an indefinite 20-50 Years, plus an additional 3 Years for the Firearm Specification.
