Prosecutor’s Office Participates in 40th annual MLK Community Workshop

The Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Mahoning Valley Planning Committee hosted its 40th Annual MLK Community Workshop this Monday. Members of the Mahoning County Prosecutor’s Office were happy to participate and be involved with such a historic and exciting event.

The MLK Community workshop featured FBI Special Agent Gregory Nelson and Rev. Dr. Amariah McIntosh this year.

Much of the conversation this year was geared toward remembering Dr. King’s legacy and what we can do as a community to continue upholding the values he left behind.

Mahoning County Prosecutor Gina DeGenova, Civil Division Chief Linette Stratford, Senior Attorney Lori Shells-Simmons, and Assistant Prosecutor Ebenezer Appiagyei all were in attendance.
