Youngstown man found guilty of multiple drug charges
(Youngstown, Ohio) – 38-year-old Jerome Miller has been found guilty of multiple drug charges that include possession of more than 1,800 grams of Cocaine. The Mahoning Valley Law Enforcement Task Force began their investigation into Miller in 2021. Miller was found guilty of the following charges:
- Possession of Cocaine, a First-degree Felony;
- Major Drug Offender Specification
- Possession of a Fentanyl-related Compound, a Second-degree Felony;
- Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a Third-degree Felony;
- Possession of a Fentanyl-related Compound, a Fourth-degree Felony
Before trial, Miller pleaded guilty to three counts of Trafficking in Cocaine and three counts of Trafficking in a Fentanyl-related compound. Assistant Prosecutors Jennifer Paris and Katherine Jones tried this case. Miller will be sentenced at a later date.
