YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Mickele Jamar Glenn, 36, was found guilty of two counts of Murder and one count of Aggravated Burglary following a three-day jury trial in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, presided over by Judge Anthony D’Apolito. Assistant Prosecutors Katherine Jones and Melissa Dinsio led the successful prosecution.
In 2023, officers with the Youngstown Police Department responded to a residence on Oneta Avenue for a reported homicide. During the investigation, detectives learned that the victim had connections with Glenn’s girlfriend.
On October 31, 2023, Glenn traveled to the victim’s residence on Oneta Avenue, where he fatally shot the victim. Following a two-year investigation, a Mahoning County Grand Jury indicted Glenn on charges of Murder and Aggravated Burglary.
Glenn will be sentenced at a later date.
